Ensemble 'Silete Venti!' playing Vivaldi at Teatro La Fenice in Venice

Venice Classic Radio is pleased to invite you to the presentation of the new CD recorded by the Ensemble 'Silete Venti!' for Sony Classical, organized by the Association Amici della Musica in Venice. The evening will begin at 19:00 with an introduction by Mario Marcarini of Sony Classical, followed by the interventions of the Milanese designer Barnaba Fornasetti, creator of the graphic of the CD, the oboist Simone Toni, conductor of Ensemble 'Silete Venti!', and musicologist Paolo Cattelan, president of Amici della Musica in Venice. After the meeting, the company Pratello, specializing in the production of wines produced biologically, will offer a drink and, on the occasion, some copies of the CD 'Vivaldi e l'angelo d'Avorio' will be distributed in homage up to availability. The concert will begin at 20:30 and will be entirely dedicated to the music of Antonio Vivaldi performed by Mo. Simone Toni on a rare ivory oboe.
Admission to the presentation is free. Participation to the concert only, however, provides an entrance fee of € 10 (reduced to € 5 for students and for associates with Amici della Musica in Venice).
