Il Diritto di Suonare, Italy’s first festival dedicated to overcoming gender stereotypes in classical music, returned to Milan on June 14 and 15, 2025, for two days of concerts, talks, surprises, and major performers. Among the highlight events was the concert of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala Orchestra conducted by Anna Skryleva, with flutist Sébastien Jacot and the Italian premiere of Three Impromptus in C, composed by Skryleva herself.
The Teatro La Fenice of Venice has presented the new 2025–2026 Season, which promises to be extremely rich: 11 opera titles, 4 ballets, over 60 symphonic and chamber concerts, and a series of special events that celebrate history, contemporaneity, and interpretative excellence. Worth noting is the great return of Riccardo Muti, who will conduct the Orchestra of La Fenice once again.
